Membership Rules:

• Membership at DEDLINE is personal, non-transferable, and exclusive to the member. Sharing or subletting membership benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Members are responsible for adhering to the terms associated with their selected membership plan (Day Breaker, Collaborators, Accelerator, or Resident).

Access Hours:

• Day Breaker, Collaborators and Accelerator members have access to the space from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Residents enjoy full access to the space during operational hours from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with priority usage rights and additional benefits mentioned in the membership features section.

Workspace Etiquette and Terms of Use:

• Members must respect the workspace and maintain an atmosphere conducive to productivity, creativity, and collaboration.
• The use of common areas, such as the Living Room, Lounge, and Workstations, is on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved for specific events.
• Conversations and casual chats should be limited to the soft seating areas. For meetings and discussions, kindly use the Lounge or Meeting Booths to preserve the focused environment throughout the rest of the space.
• Noise levels should be kept minimal in shared spaces, and all personal devices must be used with headphones to avoid disruptions.
• Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members. It is strictly prohibited to share, discuss, or misuse any information overheard during your time in the workspace, as many members may be working on sensitive or confidential projects.
• The Focus Station is intended for focused work, and noise levels must be kept to an absolute minimum.

No Refund Policy:

• All membership payments are final. DEDLINE does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including non-use or partial use of services.
• Any termination or cancellation of membership initiated by the member, or as a result of policy breaches, will not result in a refund of any fees.
• In case of membership suspension or termination due to violations of terms, DEDLINE retains the right to refuse future access to the workspace without any refunds.

Use of Amenities and Resources:

• All members have access to high-speed internet, ergonomic workstations, and shared tools such as printers and design software. Access to design tools and subscriptions will be available on request, with usage tracked and monitored for fairness.
• The Lounge and Silent Booths are shared areas; please keep them clean and leave them in the same condition in which they were found.
• Any damage caused to DEDLINE’s facilities, equipment, or resources by members will be billed to the responsible member. Failure to pay for damages may result in membership suspension or termination.

Additional Terms:

• DEDLINE reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Members will be informed of any significant changes, and it is the responsibility of the member to stay informed.
• Memberships may not be put on hold or suspended without prior written agreement with DEDLINE.
